Aalborg Airport 2013
Lise Grevenkop-Castenskiold has facilitated a Rule Breaking Strategy
process for Aalborg Airport. Our goal was to give our customers a better
experience, increase revenue and create the framework for increased growth. The
process was extremely inspiring and the tangible outcome was 461 new ideas, out
of which 400 hit directly into our target scope.

Lise helped us with introducing MS Project planning in the PMO
organisation. She was always ready to help whenever somebody had questions
related to understanding of the tool, questions related to setting the planning
structure for specific projects, and also with fixing bugs and issues on the
server. She has given a big contribution to our planning procedures and
strategy, creation of end user instruction materials, and training in MS Project
for Project Managers and Planners. It has been a pleasure working together with
Lise, and I hope to do so again in the future.

I would like to thank you for the completion of the second annual Rule Breaking
Strategy Workshop at Transwitch Corporation. We continue to find the Rule
Breaking Strategy methodology very effective in creating new ideas for product
development and Sales & Marketing strategies. Your experience with
multi-national, multi-site companies such as TranSwitch helped us apply the
methodology across our development sites to bring out the best ideas forward.

Lise has done an excellent job of facilitating our PM network, including good
organization as well as much good theoretical and practical information. The
network sessions are well-organized and still flexible for wishes and cases as
we go. A couple of sessions have been particularly focused at Rule Breaking
Strategy (RBS), which was a new concept to me. I find it an easy and good
concept to approach strategic considerations at all levels from a new angle. The
presentation was excellent, easy and intuitive to understand, and very inspiring.

Remote MSProject training through EPMPartner
Reference related to MS Project training online directly working on the
customers own MS Project plan
Tailored and customized remote training has been the right solution for Danmarks
Borgcenter. After a short conference call we decided jointly on remote online
training. It solved our need so that we quickly could get on with our project
planning. The methodology is great for people that already have good project
management skills and some knowledge about the tool.

Texas Instruments
During her 12 years at TI Lise has had different positions spanning from RF
engineer to Program Manager. She is a very thorough manager, who manages
activities with a deep professionalism. One can always rely on Lise, when she is
assigned a task she is 100% result oriented. She manages to track all details
and ensures well documented work at high quality. She is acting very well in an
international environment. This was obvious in several cases during her program
management and afterwards during her time in our international Program
Management Office. Here she architected and implemented a Danish and later a
worldwide time management setup to handle programs across multi sites. Lise has
in several cases also shown good capabilities to control external resources. I
have known Lise for many years and I can highly recommend her.

Lise has demonstrated a strong capability as a project manager during her
mission to put in place a time management methodology and tool. Her project has
been successfully implemented in PMO's within an international multisite and
multicultural environment. Her leadership, resilience, team working and
professionalism has been able to remove all barriers in this very challenging
project.
