On behalf of the employees and the management of TranSwitch Corporation, I would like to thank you for the successful completion of the Rule Breaking Strategy Workshop at TranSwitch Corporation.  We found the Rule Breaking Strategy methodology very effective in helping us understand our strengths and weaknesses in our target market segments and in developing new ideas for a differentiated strategy going forward.  The workshop and the café ideas held at our development centers were very well received by all employees and generated numerous ideas toward new product development, sales and marketing strategies.

Lise has done an excellent job of facilitating our PM network, including good organization as well as much good theoretical and practical information. The network sessions are well-organized and still flexible for wishes and cases as we go. A couple of sessions have been particularly focused at Rule Breaking Strategy (RBS), which was a new concept to me. I find it an easy and good concept to approach strategic considerations at all levels from a new angle. The presentation was excellent, easy and intuitive to understand, and very inspiring.

Reference relateret til MS Project undervisning via internettet med udgangspunkt direkte i kundens egen tidsplan

Målrettet og kundetilpasset fjernundervisning har været løsningen for Danmarks Borgcenter. Efter en kort indledende snak i telefonen fandt vi i fællesskab frem til denne undervisningsform som forgår via internet og telefon. Det løste netop det behov som vi stod med effektivt og hurtigt så vi kunne komme videre med vores projektplanlægning. Undervisningsformen er velegnet til brugere som er bekendt med projektstyring i forvejen, og som har en god forståelse for diverse værktøjer.

During her 12 years at TI Lise has had different positions spanning from RF engineer to Program Manager. She is a very thorough manager, who manages activities with a deep professionalism. One can always rely on Lise, when she is assigned a task she is 100% result oriented. She manages to track all details and ensures well documented work at high quality. She is acting very well in an international environment. This was obvious in several cases during her program management and afterwards during her time in our international Program Management Office. Here she architected and implemented a Danish and later a worldwide time management setup to handle programs across multi sites. Lise has in several cases also shown good capabilities to control external resources. I have known Lise for many years and I can highly recommend her.
